A Bit About Wayne Collin
I have been training individuals to improve their health and wellness for over 20 years. I am internationally qualified in NUTRITION, endurance conditioning and strength training. My goal is to help individuals find balance in their lives through sustainable training methods. I will provide the support and motivation to help you become better.

I’m also an avid cyclist. I have participated in 8 Cape Epic Mountain Bike races and have always finished in the top 20%. The Cape Epic is the toughest mountain bike race in the world and has been described as the “Tour de France of mountain biking”. I have also done many of the other Mountain Bike stage races like the Wine2Whales and the Sani2Sea always finishing in the top 10%.



From a very special place in my heart, the #BLAST concept was inspired by my daughter wanting to change her life. We decided we would take it 3 weeks(#time2blast) at a time, to eliminate non-nutritional foods and replace them with healthy choices. Within a period of 12 months, Ashleighs’ life has been transformed with a total weight loss of 27kg and a 20% reduction in body fat!
